The Fund is Open to Wholesale Investors Only
To qualify as a Wholesale Investor, you must be a wholesale client or sophisticated investor as defined in section 761G and 761GA of the corporations Act, and either:
- Invest $500,000 or more with the Fund:
- Provide a qualified Accountant's certificate confirming you either: have net assets of a least $2,500,000 or have a gross income of at least $250,000 for each of the last two (2) financial years.
