We Follow For Our Fund
Where possible, we look to support developments that will have a positive outcome in one or more areas such as: affordable housing, the use of sustainable building materials, energy efficiency and technically advanced designs that employ the repurposing of waste and heat for alternative uses.
The Fund is open to Wholesale Investors only
To qualify as a Wholesale Investor, you must be a wholesale client or sophisticated investor as defined in section 761G and 761GA of the corporations Act, and either:

Invest $500,000 or more with the Fund: or

Provide a qualified Accountant’s certificate confirming you either: have net assets of a least $2,500,000 or have a gross income of at least $250,000 for each of the last two (2) financial years.
